ALOHA

HAWAIIAN FOOD. UNIQUE, FLAVORFUL, AND SUSTAINABLE.

Smokin Fire Fish is a Hawaiian Restaurant serving the best of Local Hawaiian Cuisine, right here in Portland. We aim to tell the Asian Food Story of the Hawaiian Islands and allow you to experience the comfort and community of “local food” right in your backyard. Chef Chris Cha’s life led him throughout Asia and the Pacific Islands as he discovered an unending variety of flavors and techniques in the kitchen that shape the menu here at Smokin Fire Fish.

Join us on a food journey to discover how the foods of Asia and the South Pacific got remixed into what is now known as Hawaiian Local Food.
